Wal-Mart. I get all of my Christmas gift jars there and they are very cheap. (About .50 a piece when you buy the 12 pack.)
Have you considered canning jars? They come 12 to a pack with lids. Jelly jars specifically are 8oz size. Most discount stores (Wally-World K-mart) have them.
Try looking at dollar general if you have any of those down there they are usually a seasonal item but I just stock up on them when they have them usually $5.00 per dozen, if you speak with the manager there they will usually be able to order more for you. I know shipping is a killer with these but you can also try http://www.fillmorecontainers.com they have great pricing and charge exact shipping. Also check your local listings for canning suppliers in your area they may even be willing to supply you with your jars. Another idea I used to team up with other candlers in my area and we would buy our supplies in bulk and split the cost this way it saves you all money.
Good Luck ! Hope this helps you out a bit !
