What are some safe glass containers to make candles in?
Question:
Is any glass jar okay? pickle, jelly, mason etc? I have a lot of very cute jars, but not sure if safe to use with candle ….can they handle the heat?
Answer:
Jelly and mason jars would be good. Not sure about the pickle jars unless maybe they were heat-packed pickles. Even some drinking glasses are safe like those from Libbey and Anchor Hocking.
