How can you make a room smell of coffee?

Question:

I’m doing an experiment at school, in psychology, which is about cues & memory, and how smell affects the recall of information.

I want the room to smell of coffee, considering I dont have the whole day to be working on this (ie. instantly smell of coffee.)
Some people have suggested that I light a candle and put coffee beans around it…

…any better suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I suggest using candle melts. I make my own candles, but I’m highly disappointed with the scent throw at times. The absolute best thing that I’ve found for quickly and safely filling a room with fragrance is using candle melts so I started making them, instead.

I went to Walmart and got a $5 candle jar warmer. I the use a glass votive holder and toss in a chunk of the scented wax melt and set it on the warmer. In the few minutes the wax is melted, releasing the scent. OMG! My candles NEVER smelled that good. And you can use them over and over again until they no longer release scent.

You may be able to purchase a scented candle but I think a better way is to use a coffee filter machine and make some coffee, then you can drink it afterwards too.
